About CleanerContracts

Professional UK contract templates for self-employed cleaners — written in plain English, ready to use today.

Why we exist

UK self-employed cleaners need proper contracts. Not generic templates from the internet, not handwritten agreements, not verbal promises. Clear documents written for UK law that set out what both sides have agreed.

What makes us different

• UK-specific: Every clause written for UK law, not adapted from US templates
• Plain English: Clear, practical wording written for UK businesses
• Instant access: Fill in your documents online straight after purchase and save them as PDF. Word (.docx) download comes with Pro
• Kept up to date: If we revise a document, the new version appears in your library at no extra cost
• Editable: Autofill your business details, add your logo and adjust the wording to suit you

Our promise

If a template doesn't work for your situation, tell us and we'll refund you. This sits on top of your legal rights. See our refunds policy.
